A nutrition coach is someone who helps you to identify small diet and lifestyle changes that you can make to reach your health goals, whatever they may be (lose weight, reduce stress, gain energy, etc).  Nutrition coaches are both listeners and advice-givers; they guide clients through the world of contradictory nutrition information and provide recommendations based on the individual’s goals, habits, and body.

I open the course a handful of times throughout the year and limit the clients to 5 per session. Subscribe for email reminders on the next course. 

Absolutely not. If you don’t have an allergy or intolerance, I highly recommend quality whole grains. I do live a Gluten Free lifestyle due to an intolerance and offer material to help others in a similar boat with the transition.

No, if you’re looking for nutritional advice for a medical need, I recommend seeing a Registered Dietician or talking with your doctor. 

I’m a certified Nutritional Coach and happily offer advice on living for the healthiest, happiest you based on my education and experience – I’m able to offer recommendations; however, I cannot prescribe a certain eating lifestyle to cure or help a medical condition.
